good grief

hello & welcome!

i am mikki, and this is my blog about all the things i do instead of going to grief counselling.

first and foremost, let's make one thing very clear: i do not condone ignoring your mental health. therapy is a beautiful tool that more people should utilise.

however, i am not yet willing to go to therapy and acknowledge that what i perceived to have happened actually did happen. i am still in the denial and delusion stage—and i'm probably going to be here for a while. yay me.

rest assured i have talked to many a therapist—and child psychiatrist—in my life and am quite comfortable with therapy and talking in general.

i will know when i am ready to go in for what i'm dealing with.
